Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products sold by Coral Coast Distributors (Cairns) Pty Ltd T/A Urban Rampage. Customers may return items for a refund, repair, or exchange if the product is found to be defective or does not perform as described. All returns are subject to the conditions of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and this company policy.

2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under ACL, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded:

  • For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • For non-major failures, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If not done, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage due to a failure.

3. Northern Territory Consumer Affairs (NTCA)

As per NTCA guidelines:

  • A refund, repair, or replacement will be offered if goods do not meet the consumer guarantee.
  • Urban Rampage does not display signage such as:

    1. β€œNo Refunds”
    2. "No Refund on Sale Items”
    3.."Exchange or Credit Note Only”

  • We may display: β€œNo Refunds will be Given if You Simply Change Your Mind”.

4. Scope of Policy

This policy is governed by:

  • ACCC – Australian Competition & Consumer Commission
  • ACL – Australian Consumer Law
  • NTCA – Northern Territory Consumer Affairs
  • DMIRS – WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety
  • OFT – Queensland Office of Fair Trading

Our policy is displayed prominently in all Urban Rampage retail outlets.

5. When Refunds, Repairs, or Replacements Are Granted

Customers are entitled to a remedy if:

  • A valid tax invoice or payment history (e.g., Centre-Pay or After-Pay) can be presented.
  • The product is within warranty.
  • The serial number matches the item (for select items).
  • The item is deemed a major failure or not repairable in a timely manner.
  • Items may also be exchanged (e.g., for size or color) if:

*Returned unused and clean;
*With tags, original packaging, manuals, cables, chargers, etc.

6. When Refunds, Repairs, or Replacements Are Not Granted

Remedies are not available if:

You change your mind, dislike the color, or found it cheaper elsewhere.
