Points are earned every time you make a qualifying purchase under your registered account. For every $100.00 spent, customers receive $2.00 in loyalty points. This calculation is based on the total value of your purchases (excluding taxes, fees, and discounts) and applies to both online and in-store orders. For on-account customers, points are only issued after the outstanding balance has been fully paid. Whether you’re buying essentials or restocking for your business, every eligible dollar brings you closer to a reward.

Once you’ve accumulated points, they’ll automatically appear as an option to apply towards your total at the time of payment. Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of redemption at Urban Rampage. Points will remain valid for up to five years from the date of your last purchase. If no transactions are made using your loyalty account within this five-year window, the points will expire and be removed from your account. Urban Rampage reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time, but all changes will be communicated clearly in advance to ensure transparency.
