Easy Returns and Refunds
We stand by our products and support your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers can return or exchange eligible items within the warranty period, especially if the item is defective or not as described. Returns must be unused, clean, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

If you’re not satisfied and prefer a refund, we’re here to help. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund back to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items may be excluded.
