Direct Debit Request Service Agreement

This Direct Debit Request Service Agreement (agreement) outlines the terms and conditions governing the direct debit arrangement between CORAL COAST DISTRIBUTORS (CAIRNS) PTY. LTD. TRADING AS URBAN RAMPAGE (ABN 99 082 866 957) (us, we, our) and the customer (you). By completing and signing the Direct Debit Request form (Direct Debit Request), you agree to be bound to this agreement. This agreement also provides our obligations to you.

1.Debiting your account

By signing a Direct Debit Request, you authorise us to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated bank account (account) to pay for your retail purchases at an Urban Rampage store in accordance with your Direct Debit Request.

Your Direct Debit Request is in relation to a subscription payment plan for a 60 day invoice at an Urban Rampage store.

We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your account as authorised in the Direct Debit Request.

You can only start a Direct Debit Request if you have finalised any other direct debit arrangements or deduction arrangements with us.

If the debit day falls on a day that is not a banking day, we may direct your financial institution to debit your account on the following banking day. If you are unsure about which day your account has or will be debited, you should ask your financial institution.

2.Admendments by us

We may vary this agreement at any time. Any changes to the agreement will be publicly available on the Urban Rampage website or at any Urban Rampage store.
